Service
The women at Parkway Baptist Church delight in ministering to others. We enjoy serving our Lord and Savior by meeting needs as they arise. There are always meals being prepared for someone sick or a shower given. We have ladies involved with the Brazos Church Pantry, Hope Pregnancy Center, Habitat for Humanity, and visiting shut-ins. Everyone is encouraged to serve where she feels called.
Bible Study
Ladies Bible studies are almost always going on. This is a wonderful opportunity for women to get together. We are blessed to have gifted and talented leaders with years of experience. We enjoy our time together learning and sharing as we each walk our own spiritual journey. All ladies, members or not, are welcome to participate. Fellowship
Building relationships requires spending time together so throughout the year there are various activities planned: luncheons, craft making times, and attending women’s conferences to name a few. 6:30pm - 8:30pm.
Carla McDougal, the author, will be live and will get us excited about the upcoming 10 weeks study subtitled Living for Jesus and Loving It! Dessert and coffee will be served.
You can sign up online or in the Narthex or by calling Shelly Peters at (979) 690-3607 for one of 7 different small groups, described below.
We will all be doing the same study, just at different times and locations. Small groups will begin the week following the Kick off. Cost: $20.
